I want to take a moment out of your busy day to share some in sights regarding my experience with Plastic Resources, Inc – and especially about Sean Konop.
LifeBanc was in need of finding a durable card for use in hospitals. Being the agency that recovers organs for transplant in Northeast Ohio, it was imperative that the cards (which contain medical criteria for a potential organ donor) be long-lasting, easy to read, and provide universal attachment options for many types of badges. Your product – with the dye cut punches – met our expectations. In fact, the LifeBanc manager who distributes these cards to the hospital was so impressed she showed them off at an all staff meeting this week.
Being a relatively small non-profit, effective use of funds is important. We did a cost comparison and your product beat local vendors which provided a lesser product. I was, however, a bit apprehensive to order on-line. All my fears went by the wayside when Sean returned my initial inquiry. He is polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. His follow through is impeccable – not at all high pressure or over done.
Today, however, Sean went WAY above and beyond for me. Our second order with your company is for rolodex cards. I inadvertently left our web site address off the card. Even though we signed off on the proof yesterday – Sean has made arrangements to add it to our card. This young man is exemplary in his field of customer service. As you know, there is a sorry lack of this in many other fields and when someone shines – I feel they ought to be recognized.
I feel like I have gotten to know Sean – and the only thing missing is an opportunity to shake his hand and say THANK YOU in person.
